Meet Our CEO – Karen Griffith Gryga

When you meet Karen, here is what you will find — Balance. And Perseverance. Karen has developed the perfect balance between passion and logic. She thinks with her head and feels with her heart. You meet Karen in a business setting or a personal setting you see both dynamics in motion at all times. Lipstick Wisdom mirrors this balance. It is about community, it is about information and about becoming a successful business.

Karen is a computer software developer with 20 years of experience, including 14 years as an investor and advisor to start-up and early stage technology companies with Philadelphia Ventures, Liberty Venture Partners (also a co-founder) and Context Capital Partners.

Karen does have her challenges with balance too. Surfing. Karen and her daughter are taking surfing lessons together. Karen can catch a wave and pop-up but as her daughter keeps reminding her, “Mom – you have to let go of the sides and balance!!” Karen is not there yet.
